CVS is a leading voice in the continuing business rates debate. We have led from the front across various online and print press publications, radio stations and TV broadcasts, on matters ranging from the postponement of the 2015 Revaluation, the Budgets, expansion plans for business rent, local council rates retention and many more.
We’re also unafraid of responding, on behalf of our clients, to various Government and Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) consultation and discussion papers. We carry out regular client surveys in order to ensure we are always kept abreast of how our clients feel about Governmental decisions, so that we can speak for them.
CVS in the Press
Business rates have featured heavily in the news since the Draft List was released on 30 October 2016. Here’s a selection of where CVS has appeared as the leading voice in the business rates debate.
Press and Media Requests
We welcome the opportunity to share with journalists our detailed business rates and rent data.
We hold a comprehensive database of comparable property information containing evidence which is critical to appeals and lease negotiations.
Not only does this data help the CVS Surveyors in their appeals, but it is used by the CVS Press Office to demonstrate to the wider public just what is happening for businesses in various towns, cities and sectors.
If you’d like to know more about utilising our data, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch on 0161 874 1859 / 07399 640204 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please use the form below to send a message to our Press team. They will be in touch with your shortly.
